What's the difference between Essentials and Standard?

Essentials ($5/mo) gives you signatures on invoices and estimates with GPS proof, up to 5 photos per ticket, accounting sync, and the full developer plumbing (API + webhooks). Standard ($15/mo) adds the delivery platform: up to 10 photos, delivery workflow, route optimization, fleet map, chat, analytics, Google Drive + OneDrive, and more. Professional ($40/mo) adds unlimited photos, AI parsing, advanced CRM, route playback, and geofencing. Custom PDFs are a separate $250 one-time add-on that covers all the document types you use, available on any plan.

Do you have a public API? Can I integrate my own systems?

Yes, on every plan, not gated. Full OpenAPI 3.1 reference at docs.billetsystems.com. Create tickets, manage customers and products, fetch PDFs, assign drivers. 15+ real-time outbound webhooks (HMAC signed, replay protected). Our Zapier app and Windows ODBC connector (Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop, Epicor, Macola) are both coming soon.

Can customers pay invoices online from the POD email?

Yes. Every POD email includes a Pay Now button. Customer clicks, pays via Stripe Checkout on your connected Stripe account. 0% Billet fee, you pay only Stripe's standard card rate. Invoice automatically flips to paid in QuickBooks / Xero / FreshBooks / Dynamics 365. Works alongside in-person Tap to Pay for full payment coverage.

What is Counter Mode?

Counter Mode turns any iPad or Android tablet into a will-call counter terminal. Office assigns a ticket from the dashboard, the customer signs on the glass, taps their card if the ticket is priced, and chooses print/email/skip for the receipt. Perfect for hybrid shops, 40% delivery, 40% counter pickup, 20% walk-in. $5/device/month on every tier, separate from your driver seats.

Can I accept card payments through the app?

Yes. Tap to Pay on phone is included on every plan. After the customer signs, tap their contactless card or phone to collect payment, no extra hardware or separate app needed. Powered by Stripe Terminal. Requires an NFC-capable phone (Android 8+ or iPhone XS+).
